1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your QyntroAI subscription at any time.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Log in to your QyntroAI account.

Go to your Dashboard.

Click your profile icon (top right corner).

Select Subscription Plans.

Locate your active subscription.

Click Cancel Subscription.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period.
  • Access continues until your paid period expires.
Note: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-Day (72 Hours) Satisfaction Guarantee on all new paid subscriptions.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

  • Request must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase.
  • Media credit usage must not exceed 100 credits.
  • Word credit usage must not exceed 10,000 words.
  • Your subscription must be canceled before requesting a refund.

How to Request a Refund

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The request is submitted after 72 hours.
  • Usage exceeds the stated credit limits.
  • The subscription has already renewed.
  • There is a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • There is evidence of abuse or repeated refund claims.

4. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before your renewal date. Refunds are not provided for renewal charges outside the 72-hour eligibility window.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Policy Updates

QyntroAI reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
